Revoria Flow: Fujifilm's Built-In RIP For Revoria Presses

Comes with every Revoria press as standard -- RIP, colour management and spot-colour matching, tightly integrated with the press itself.

Revoria Flow is Fujifilm's own digital front end (DFE) -- the system that takes a submitted file, checks it's ready to print, sets the colour and runs the job queue. It comes built into every Revoria press, tightly integrated with the press's own interface, rather than running on a separate system.

Revoria Flow includes built-in colour management and a Speciality Colour Web Viewer (SCWV) to preview specialty toners before you print. AI-based image optimisation recommends quality settings for skin tones, RGB colour gamut, fine lines and small text, and automatically corrects photos that are too dark, too bright, backlit or have poor skin tones. The optional Smart Monitoring Gate D1 detects colour variation and front-to-back misalignment during printing and corrects it in real time.

Fiery, from a company called EFI, is available as an upgrade on most Revoria presses and on ApeosPro. The main practical difference: Revoria Flow is a single-vendor setup that's simpler to run day to day, while Fiery's edge is managing multiple Fiery-equipped presses -- any brand -- from one Command WorkStation screen.
