Do you offer white ink and specialty substrates?

What's included in the Colyer UpTime Plan?
Engineers' time and parts are covered to keep your printer running; ink isn't included. Phone response within the hour, a fast site visit, and telephone support for drivers and software. Preventative maintenance is standard across the HP Latex range.

Drag knife or tangential knife -- which cutter do I need?
It depends on the material and the detail in the cut. Both have their place in a finishing setup.

Do you service machines you didn't sell us?
In most cases, yes — subject to an initial inspection. Call us to discuss your machine.
Hot or cold lamination -- what's the difference?
Hot lamination gives a more durable, heat-sealed finish for vehicle wraps and outdoor graphics. Cold lamination suits heat-sensitive media and a faster turnaround.
What size vinyl cutter do I actually need?
It comes down to throughput -- compact desktop cutters suit lower volume, production-size cutters suit a busier finishing room.

Can I see a printer running before I buy?

Can I finance a new printer?
Most customers spread the cost over 36 or 60 months. We work with a finance provider, or a broker of your choice — speak to us and we will help you find the right option for your business.
