Every Epson WorkForce Enterprise printer we supply runs on Heat-Free inkjet technology. Micro Piezo print heads push ink onto the page using pressure, not heat.
- No fuser to warm up — the printer is ready for the first page the moment a job is sent, with no warm-up delay
- No toner, drum or fuser kit to run out or replace — fewer consumables to order and fewer parts for an engineer to swap across a multi-site fleet
- Fewer moving, heat-generating parts means less to wear out or need servicing

What counts as a "fleet" of printers?
Printers across more than one location, usually needing remote monitoring and print management so one person can see every site without visiting each one.
What print management software do you support?
PaperCut and Equitrac, giving you print tracking, cost allocation and output control across every device at every site. We install, configure and support the software alongside the hardware.
Is fleet service the same as Colyer CarePlan?
No. Fleet machines are Epson WorkForce Enterprise printers, serviced under an equivalent plan offered directly by Epson rather than Colyer CarePlan (which covers our Fujifilm printers).
