What happens before a refurbished machine reaches you.
Full engineering inspection
Our engineer checks every component and reads the usage counter. Any scanner is cleaned, calibrated and tested with high-resolution colour and mono scans.
Parts replaced, software updated
Worn or damaged parts are ordered from the manufacturer and fitted. Software and firmware are updated, old data erased, and sensors and printheads calibrated.
Final check and report
The machine gets a last check and a thorough clean. We write up a full service report and hand it to you at purchase, alongside your warranty.
