Do I need to buy software separately from my printer or press?

It depends on the product. Some software comes included -- Fujifilm's Revoria Flow ships with every Revoria press as standard, for example -- while workflow and RIP software like ONYX, Fiery or Revoria XMF PressReady is licensed separately. We'll tell you which applies before you buy.

Can we try software before committing to a licence?

Several products we supply, including ONYX, offer a trial or a lower-cost entry subscription (ONYX Go) before a full perpetual licence. Ask us about the trial options for the specific product you're considering.

Is pricing per device, per user, or a flat licence?

It varies by product -- some (PaperCut, Equitrac) are typically priced per device, others (Adobe Creative Cloud, SignNow) per user, and some (ONYX) offer both subscription and perpetual-licence options. We'll quote based on your actual fleet and team size.

Do you install and configure the software, or just sell the licence?

We configure every product we supply to work with the hardware and workflow you're actually running, and support it afterwards -- the same way we handle the printers and presses themselves.

What if the software I need isn't listed here?
