White ink printing and more job capacity

Jollybig, part of BCQ, is a digital large-format business based in Milton Keynes, supplying print production and installation services across the UK.

Jollybig's existing equipment couldn't keep up with growing demand, and the business wanted white ink printing capability alongside a cost-effective way to run single prints and short-to-medium runs for exhibition graphics, banners, point-of-sale, wall coverings and posters.

We supplied an HP Latex 700W, chosen for vibrant colour, optional white ink, high speed and low running cost with minimal environmental impact.

Jollybig can now run white ink jobs overnight, freeing up other equipment during the day and adding revenue, with a 30% increase in job capacity from the improved speed. Higher print quality has also helped win new business in the creative and exhibition sectors.

We needed to improve production speed and print quality. The 700 series delivered on both fronts.
